About half the visitors to SeaWorld used the upper parking lot. Millions of people crossed Squires Road at this light.
The main entrance sign along Route 43 in Aurora. The grassy area behind was used for employee parking on SeaWorld Ohio’s busiest days, when a shuttle would loop from Treat Road to the employee entrance.
The original SeaWorld parking areas and entrance would see one million guests a year. On some summer days more than 25,000 guests would visit the park. This was the least changed part of the park after the Wildwater Kingdom slides were installed. Most of these buildings date back to SeaWorld.
